01
The idea
Looking after your mental health often means juggling several apps: one for meditation, one for sleep, another for journaling. I wanted to design a single, calm space where people can check in with themselves every day and reach professional support when they need it.
02
What I did
I designed the complete experience in Turkish: sign-up and onboarding questions, a daily mood check-in, the home dashboard, meditation, breathing, sleep and relaxing sounds, affirmations and a gratitude journal, self-assessment tests, an AI chatbot, and booking and messaging with psychologists.
03
Research & inspiration
I looked at popular wellbeing and meditation apps and at how self-assessment tests are usually structured. This led to two decisions: content is grouped by daily goals such as calm, movement and better sleep, and each test shows one question per screen with a clear answer scale.
04
Design process
Soft colors and rounded cards keep the interface calm. The home screen works as a hub, and every module follows the same structure: a short intro, guided programs, audio and video content, articles and a daily reminder. Shared components like cards, players and calendars kept more than 70 screens consistent.

What I learned
Designing for a sensitive topic taught me to keep the language gentle, the choices simple and professional help easy to reach. Next I would test the onboarding and test flows with real users and refine the tone of voice.
